There are a limited number of tents, so please ensure you book early.

Please complete the booking form below and ensure you use the reference Into The Trees when making the booking. Please note, there is a damage deposit of £50 added to your package. As long as there is no damage to the tent at the end of your stay, the £50 will be returned to you in full within 14 days of the festival.

OPTION 1 – THE ESSENTIALS
Our Essentials package include double and single beds using memory foam mattresses, large colourful fair-trade rugs, Moroccan Lantern with lights, hand painted Indian Bajot table and Indian bunting.

OPTION 2 – THE WORKS
The Works package include all of the above plus Kantha stitch cushions, small mirror, exterior solar lighting, double bedding and single sleeping bags. There is also the option of a sun/rain awning, we have a limited supply of these.

LARGER TENTS

6x4m EMPEROR TENT HIRE – FROM £300.00
Our Emperor tent is 6m x 4m diameter – Maximum capacity is 8 sleeping guests.

7m QUEEN TENT HIRE – FROM £350.00
Our Queen tent is 7m diameter – Maximum capacity is 10 sleeping guests.

8m KING TENT HIRE – FROM £450.00
Our King tent is 8m diameter – Maximum capacity is 16 sleeping guests.
